Roast Beef Sandwiches with Swiss Cheese

This is what we had for dinner last night. It is one of our old classic meals from my moms house that I carried in to our home. It’s quick, easy, but not always cheap. It depends on how many you are feeding. I got 2 “regular” sized containers of roast beef  lunch meat, the cheese was free (part of a HEB meal deal), onion bread, and Au Jus sauce for dipping. It’s basically like a french dip sandwich. I open up all of the buns and lay them on a baking sheet. With the 2 packages of roast beef, I made a good 4 sandwiches. I lay on the cheese for whoever wants cheese (I’m lactose intolerant). Then they go in the over on 350 for about 10-15 minutes until they are thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted. While they are in the oven it’s a great time to make the Au Jus sauce. Once it’s all done, I put the sandwiches together and cut them in half. They are easier to dip this way. It’s an easy 15 minute meal start to finish!
